Born out of a deep love for downtown Frankfort and a 40+year family tradition on Main Street, our vibrant open-air space is built entirely by the community, for the community. Nestled along the Betsie Valley Trail, we bring together five incredible local food trucks, craft spirits from Furnace Street's SideCar Bar, and a weekly lineup of live music. Whether you are biking off the trail, grabbing a bite with family, or catching a weekend concert, we have designed this space to be your go-to outdoor summer destination. Why did you create Menus On Main?

Our family owned and operated Mike’s Pastry Shop (now Crescent Bakery) for over 40 years, so growing up on Main Street built a lifelong connection to downtown Frankfort. We wanted to create a community-oriented outdoor space that supplements the town's existing food scene, acts as a lively stage for local bands, and gives our family a fun project to bring to life together.

What makes Menus On Main unique?

We are a true community effort! Through support from Grow Benzie and local collaboration, we’ve built a family-friendly venue along the Betsie Valley Trail (with direct trail access!). We are fully integrated into the Frankfort Downtown Social District and feature complimentary downtown WiFi expanding across our open area. Best of all, our food trucks view each other as a team rather than competition, our menus are unique and we work together to provide excellent meals everday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Is the venue family and pet-friendly?

Yes! Our open-air space is completely family-friendly and dog-friendly, making it the perfect spot to stop while biking the trail or walking downtown.

When do you host live music?

Following our kickoff party, we feature local artists every week during the summer season:

Fridays: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Saturdays: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Sundays: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

What should I know before visiting Menus On Main?

To make sure you have the best possible experience at our open-air venue, keep these quick tips in mind:

Parking: Street parking is available directly on Main Street. For overflow parking, use the open lot on 10th Street (where the recycling containers used to be) and enjoy a beautiful, short walk down the Betsie Valley Trail right to our entrance.
Live Music Tips: For weekend concerts, we highly recommend arriving early for dinner to beat the rush and secure your food.
Seating: While we have seating available, consider bringing your own lawn chair or blanket during busy music sets to ensure your crew is comfortable!

Where are you located and how do I get there?

Find us behind 1048 Main Street, Frankfort, MI 49635. We are located on the east end of Main Street, along the beautiful Betsie Valley Trail, so come by foot, bike, car or dinghy to boat launch!
